He was VP of business development at Nortel Networks. Thomas Hubbs joined as CFO and EVP. He was with Walker Interactive Systems Inc. as CFO and SVP. H. David Jones was named VP of product marketing. He was VP of sales and marketing at Symmetry Communications Systems Inc. Securant Technologies, a San Francisco provider of access-management products for e-business, appointed Richard Leichus COO. He was CFO at Saratoga Systems. ComVentures, a Palo Alto venture capital firm, said Michael Rolnick joined as a general partner. He was VP for new ventures at E- Trade Group Inc. OffRoad Capital, a San Francisco online private equity marketplace, said Joan Schriger joined as VP of institutional sales. She was a regional director with Barr Rosenberg Mutual Funds. OnLink Technologies Inc., a Redwood City provider of Web sales and marketing applications, named Larry Warnock VP of marketing. He was VP of corporate marketing at Documentum Inc.
